Shock Fragility Test
In the phase 2, we can obtain Damage Boundary Curve (see Fig.6, D.B.C.) according to JIS-Z-0119 by Shock Test Machine, Fig.5.
D.B.C is indicated by the critical acceleration at the limit input acceleration when packaged product is dropped, and the critical velocity change related to drop height to evaluate the packaged freight. According to this result, we can figure it out the proper condition, thickness and area of cushioning material to protect package.
